It has taken me several makeup removers and many dollars later to find only one possibility out of the several products I have tried so far. The winner is…LA MER CLEANSING FLUID.

I know, I know…La Mer Products are known to be a little on the pricey side, but this magic cleansing solution is so worth the splurge! By just using it as a makeup remover, my first bottle actually lasted a little over a year. When you use it, you will have to apply a small amount on each eye and rub in a circular motion until you begin to feel the liner breaking off. Then rinse with warm water. You may need to repeat.
